As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient proximity to the city and airport. The art theme added a wonderful touch to our stay, and the view overlooking the parkland was delightful. The spacious corner studio was well-equipped and furnished, making it comfortable for our needs. We also appreciated the free parking in the street after 6:30pm and on weekends. The tram stop just 100m away and the easy 15-minute walk to the CBD and Queen Victoria Markets were additional bonuses. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself had a bright and airy atmosphere.
Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

My partner and I recently spent a night at this luxurious hotel and we had the most incredible sleep ever! The beds were incredibly comfortable and soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location just a short drive away from the city made it convenient for us to explore all the nearby attractions. We also loved the fact that it was situated right next to a beautiful park, allowing us to take peaceful walks and enjoy the native plants surrounding the area. Plus, the tram station was just a stone's throw away, making it easy for us to hop on and head into the city.

What a fantastic stay at The Larwill Studio! The staff really were great too make my business trip easier. Matt's cute was excellent and his professional, friendly and highly considerate service made all the difference. The rooms were great, with perfect service. Highly recommended. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the fresh and stylish vibe of the hotel and the helpful staff. The location next to a beautiful park was perfect, and being walking distance to the zoo was a bonus. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and on-site parking with a smart card for easy access. We also enjoyed the convenience of having tram stops right opposite the hotel, making it easy to explore the main areas of the city. we had a fantastic experience.

The hotel had lovely rooms with big windows offering beautiful views. The staff was attentive and friendly. The location was convenient for those visiting the nearby hospital complex.
Some details could be improved, such as the broken blind in one of the rooms. The gym lacked necessary amenities like towels and showers, making it inconvenient.
